Santander World Race

On the occasion of The Santander Week, we took employees on an unusual journey. We created a scenario game and in 5 days we visited 5 countries where Santander has its offices, all through the virtual world. Nearly 50% of all employees (out of 3,000 employees) were involved in the game, helping to implement the idea of the project - actively promoting the value of the Santander Group as an employer, with teamwork and passion at the fore, and transforming the commitment into a game to work together for those in need.
